The CCD vibrating knife CNC router features a computer-controlled
cutting platform that merges a CNC routing head with a high-speed
oscillating knife and a CCD image-recognition camera. Together,
these components deliver reliable performance on hard materials and
exceptional accuracy when cutting printed patterns on flexible
substrates.
Equipped with fast-spinning rotary milling/engraving bits, the CNC
router spindle delivers precise machining performance on wood,
acrylic, aluminum, and MDF.
With a blade that oscillates at extremely high speeds, the
vibrating knife enables accurate, clean cuts on materials such as
foam, rubber, fabric, and other soft substrates without heat
buildup or debris.
The integrated CCD vision camera automatically reads registration
points and printed pattern boundaries, helping the machine
recalibrate its cutting route for pinpoint accuracy. This results
in cleaner cuts and less material loss during printed-material
processing.
