CNCSUPER S5T2 is a High-Efficiency Dual-Process Industrial CNC Router. By using a Dual Z-axis design, the machine can carry two independent spindles, allowing for
rapid switching between different tools (like a roughing bit and a
finishing bit) without the complexity of a full rotary ATC.
Gantry moving design: It features a sturdy gantry moving structure, where the Y-axis is
propelled by dual motors via precision-ground helical gears. This dual-drive setup efficiently minimizes backlash and guarantees
consistent, high-precision positioning during the entire machining
process.
High-precision dual water-cooled spindles: This unit comes with two 5.5 kW water-cooled spindles capable of
reaching a maximum rotational speed of 24,000 rpm. The water cooling mechanism stabilizes operating temperature,
providing enhanced power output, superior rigidity, and elevated
machining precision across diverse materials.
Custom Servo System: Fitted with a full suite of CNCSUPER custom servo motors and
drivers, delivering rapid response and fluid movement. The machine can achieve a working speed of up to 25000 mm/min,
significantly boosting processing efficiency while maintaining
precision.
Automatic tool setter: A built-in automatic tool sensor enables accurate and rapid tool setting, efficiently minimizing errors caused by manual operation.
Control system: Utilizes the CNCSUPER 3-axis numerical control system, which
boasts a user-friendly
interface, reliable performance, and straightforward operation,
making it simple to master and operate.
Integrated cabinet & tool storage: Featuring an integrated cabinet combined with a rocker-style tool
box, this design not only conserves space but also keeps engraving
tools neatly organized.
Vacuum adsorption system: Configured with a 7.5KW dry rotary vane vacuum pump and a
segmented vacuum table. The sectional design ensures strong and
reliable adsorption even for small-sized workpieces, allowing
flexible processing at any time.
